Midday Circle

Lunch
freshly prepared food, over the fire or in the kitchen, diverse vegetables or salad as accompaniment

Teeth Brushing
fun, communal teeth brushing, each child has their teeth brushed by an adult afterwards

Sleeping / Quiet Time
regular sleep routine, children are accompanied as they fall asleep. 30 min quiet time, looking at books, listening to music or stories, outside or in the forest cottage

Freeplay and various offers in the forest

Afternoon Snack
daily selection of fruit, self-prepared snack: bread, cracker bread, Zwieback, veggies and dip, etc
