Philosophy

Our education style is based on a partnership between us and the parents and is primarily a fostering style; a style in which we promote growth and development of the child in a caring environment.  Our core philosophy is taken from the principles of Remo Largo (paediatrician and textbook author).  He writes, among other things, :  “A child is unique, a learning being, he/she should be the focus, he/she has a yearning for independence, and constantly wants to learn … “ (translated)  The children are given the opportunity to be able to develop and unfold at their own pace.
